Critical Mass Holiday Card


Context.

There’s nothing to say about 2020 that hasn’t already be said. As Nissan Canada’s longtime digital partner, we at Critical Mass Toronto thought it would be nice to send our client some good tidings as the year finally came to a close. Accounts tasked us with creating a cheerful holiday card to surprise and delight our clients—one they would be excited to share with colleagues.

Insight.

Everyone’s dying to slide into their holiday—and into 2021.

Idea.

Marrying the worlds of automotive marketing and holiday magic, we created a cheeky vehicle landing page for Santa’s sleigh. We sent it to our clients in the form of an official email from the team. When they opened it, they received a warm holiday message—with a CTA to launch the card. When they did, the card popped up in a new tab, starting with a few slides teasing the sleigh’s big reveal. After clicking through them, clients could open the full page, and scroll through an overview of the high-tech sleigh they inspired us to create: The Joyrider 3000®.
