Raise Recruiting Website

Context.

Raise is an advanced online recruiting platform bent on changing the staffing game. When they rebranded in late 2020, they needed to stand out amidst a sea of job sites—and from conventional recruitment agencies who have become infamous for over-promising.

Pioneers of a unique solution called Managed Direct Sourcing, Raise gives hiring managers instant access to an ever-growing talent pool matched to their needs. That lets them staff up as quickly as their business demands change—radically reducing costs.

The first step in their new brand’s creative expression? A landing page that showcased what Raise was about. The writing needed to articulate brand attributes, like the promise to redeem recruiting, in a customer-facing way. It also had to put a human spin on complex features, with clear next steps to learn more and book a call.

Insight.

Today’s staffing models aren’t actually working.

Idea.

Starting with a digital-first brand refresh, we created a site concept positioning Raise as the staffing solution that works harder—and smarter. With vibrant colours and in-your-face fonts, it popped against a sea of competitors sporting that ubiquitous “professional services” look. Playing up the name “Raise”, the creative featured imagery of ascension and higher ground. It began with the line, Take Hiring to New Heights.
